Colorado State University

Let our newly renovated Lory Student Center serve as your one-stop-shop for your next corporate event. Our 15,000 square foot Grand Ballroom is aimed to dazzle with its west facing floor to ceiling windows and entirely furnished with wood floors. For more intimate settings, the Long's Peak room overlooks the campus plaza packaged with a fireplace and a private adjoining room prefect for breaks and working lunches. All our meeting rooms have state-of-the-art audio visual and our guests enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi in all meeting rooms.

Hill Center at the Old Naval Hospital

Hill Center at the Old Naval Hospital is a completely renovated Civil-War era hospital located only one block away from Eastern Market Metro and several hotels. Our space has beautiful hardwood floors, 8' windows, a built in sound system, LCD projectors and screens in some spaces, and original local art displayed on the walls. With a beautifully landscaped garden, we are the perfect location for your event. 

We can accommadte meetings of 10 up to 110 in one space. Our space is made up of 5 different rooms which is perfect for breakout space and an area for lunch. Our most expensive package of $1850 includes:

We have cheaper rates avaialable and offer non-profit and government discounts. You are welcome to work with any licensed, insured caterer and vendor of your choosing but we have a prefered list of caterers.

The Loft at 600 F

The Loft at 600 F is the premier three-floor offering of DC boutique meeting and conference spaces. Walking distance to Convention Center (5 blocks) and directly across the street from the Verizon Center and Metro.

The decor? Think exposed, hardwood floors, high ceilings, terrazzo stairwell, and chic sofas from Restoration Hardware wrapped in Italian Renaissance revival architecture all lit by our custom antique edison bulb floor lamps.

Each floor can adapt to match a variety of themes and meeting formats, from boardroom to theatre style or pod layout to u-shape. Each floor features multiple sets of soft seating that make for perfect break-out session spaces. We’ve also taken care of all the functional details, with available sound system and projector, complimentary wifi, bar areas, seating, tables, and rustic decor elements. Supported by dedicated event space staff, our team works in collaboration with your vendors to help you host a perfect meeting.

The Retreat (4th Floor)

Private and intimate - we designed this floor for your sensitivity, comfort, and productivity. 
  • Layout options: 35 seated in pods, 20 boardroom, 16 u-shape
  • Floor capacity: 75 standing, 50 banquet, 60 theater style
  • Additional Features: Conference room, wood-topped tables, mini fridge, intimate seating areas

The Lounge (2nd Floor) or The Loft (3rd Floor)

The openness of our 2nd and 3rd floors allow them to accommodate all styles of event types including creative retreats, panel discussions, formal board meetings, and corporate happy hours & social events.

  • Floor capacity: 120 standing/cocktail, 100 banquet, 100 theater style
  • Additional Features: Small break-out room, large sectional sofas, movable bars, kitchenette with sink, mini fridge & microwave
We offer special rates for meetings ending by 5pm.

Cafe Tu Tu Tango - Orlando

CAFÉ TU TU TANGO was founded in 1991 by three friends who had just returned from a trip to Barcelona, Spain. While in Barcelona they marveled at the creativity and culture that surrounded them at so many of the cafe’s and coffee shops...artists scribbling sketches, writers working on novels, poets weaving sonnets together as they shared inspirations, encouraged one another’s creativity and noshed on small plates of unique and eclectic foods. Western Illinois University

Host your Corporate Event Western Illinois University! We offer 40 meeting rooms with an opportunity to open up theatre style classrooms for up to 1000 participants. We also offer overnight accommodations for up to 3000 guests. We can also assist you in planning your group’s meal requirements for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Sodexo Campus Services provides food service for all your dining needs ranging from brown bag lunches to catered receptions.

We also have access to Horn Field Campus which is a 92 acre retreat includes woodlands, prairie, and several miles of nature trails. Mount Holyoke College Summer Conferences

Willits-Hallowell Conference Center, located on the campus of Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts, offers 20 hotel rooms and 8 meeting rooms. McNamara Alumni Center, University of Minnesota

Popular among University of Minnesota conference planners as well as Minneapolis meeting planners, the McNamara Alumni Center offers superior technology. McNamara’s 10 meeting rooms include built-in, user-friendly AV with web conferencing capabilities and free wireless Internet. A podium with microphone, handheld wireless microphone, wireless lapel microphone, built-in screen and projector are included in the room rental of most rooms. Direct TV receivers are in all rooms.

Free wireless internet is provided throughout the first floor of McNamara Alumni Center by the University of Minnesota Office of Information Technology. This service is available for casual guest use, such as checking e-mail, browsing the internet, or displaying websites. Event clients who need dedicated internet service should use wired internet service available in all of our rooms and should purchase dedicated wireless logins available through McNamara’s event office.

The McNamara Alumni Center’s wiring includes the fiber network to receive and send live programming. McNamara’s fiber line to the University’s Office of Information Technology’s Master Control Center enables us to distribute presentations via live streaming video, ITV/video conferencing and broadcast TV satellite uplinks. McNamara can also receive live satellite downlinks. On-site presentation, recording and interactive distribution is available using current technologies.
