Greencourt Innovation Center (GIC) is an award winning LEED® Gold-Certified building, where transformative ideas happen, every day. GIC offers double and triple height ceilings, walls of glass and acres of brushed concrete floors. Our Jewel box conference rooms seat from 10 to 75 people while a soaring atrium space at the heart of the complex, comfortably holds 120-150.

Built with a contemporary aesthetic, it’s a truly dynamic setting for corporate off-sites, thought leadership lectures, board meetings, ideation sessions and appreciation events. Pop ups and product launches have the room to go big with our embedded smart technology, full audio visual package and 16’ wide stage.
