Welcome to Stonehill College Conference & Event Services.
Our beautiful Easton, Massachusetts campus, conference facilities, residential accommodations, and gourmet catering are yours to use to create your own adventure. Each year, Stonehill College welcomes sports camps, leadership institutes, workshops, youth groups, music and theatre companies, religious groups of all denominations, and many other unique programs to enjoy our Easton, MA venue. Our event spaces can accommodate groups of any size, for any length of time, from a one-day event to a month-long retreat. Experience all you can achieve for your event in Easton, Massachusetts.

Martin Auditorium
Located in the Joseph Martin Institute for Law & Society, the Martin Auditorium is equipped with a built in video projector, screen, and sound system.
Alumni Hall Auditorium
Alumni Auditorium is a classic space with beautiful architecture, ample natural lighting, a permanent stage, and is adjacent to a glass Atrium.
Martin Boardroom
Located in the Martin Institute for Law & Society, this Presidential Boardroom is perfect for corporate and private meetings.
Alumni Hall Boardroom
Comfort is guaranteed in this elegant and spacious meeting room featuring a fireplace and classic architecture.
Irish Studies Library
Located in the Historic former Ames family Mansion, now Donahue Hall, Irish Studies Library is ideal for business meetings, board retreats, and intimate receptions.
Seminar Room
Seminar rooms feature stadium style seating and a full complement of media services including a video projector, screen, and computer.
Standard Classrooms
Classrooms feature full media services and technological capabilities while offering a productive work environment.

The Hill
This up-beat campus hot spot features pool tables, sitting areas, a dance floor, and stage; The Hill is ideal for dances and social gatherings.
Hemingway Theatre
Newly renovated, Hemingway Theatre lends itself to large seminars, meetings, concerts, plays, and musicals.
Ames Sports Complex
The spacious five-court field house is ideal for sports camps, tournaments, trade shows, and large religious events.
Merkert Gymnasium
Merkert Gymnasium is ideal for sporting events, large group presentations, and trade shows.
RFK Picnic Grove
Our beautifully landscaped picnic grove, located in the heart of campus, is ideal for outdoor gatherings and picnics.
W.B. Mason Stadium
One of the premier athletic facilities in the Northeast, W.B. Mason Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium complex with an Olympic sized track and lighting for nighttime use.
Pettit Atrium
Located in the Shields Science Center, the Pettit Atrium is a state of the art facility that boats a glass wall, offering exquisite views of the campus grounds and Ames Pond.
Gartland Dining Room
Located in the historic Donahue Hall, formally the Ames Family Mansion, this room offers a majestic atmosphere and opens onto the East Porch Portico.931
McCarthy Auditorium
Exquisite fixed soft seated theater-style auditoirum with full media capabilities.

Roche Dining Commons
Summer conferencing guests enjoy their meals at the Roche Dining Commons, which is comprised of two main dining rooms. Features include a view of a beautiful courtyard with a picturesque fountain, spacious rooms that are equipped with a stage, video projector, sound system, screen, and flat screen televisions.
Dunkin' Donuts
Dunkin' Donuts is located in the lobby of the Sheilds Science Center.

At Au Bon Pain café bakery, each signature recipe is uniquely crafted. You can enjoy delicious hot or iced coffee and teas, espresso drinks, a variety of cold beverages, soup, a customized made-to-order breakfast or lunch sandwich or salad, or you can grab a pre-made salad, sandwich, wrap, yogurt parfait, fresh fruit or snack.

From morning breakfast baskets with freshly brewed coffee to casual feasts and elegant hors doeuvres, our catering menu is filled with fresh contemporary ideas. Our commitment is to assist with planning your event, customize a menu for your occasion, and offer elegant presentations and thoughtful service to provide your guests with a pleasant experience.
Meeting, Workshop, & Seminar Options
For your business meetings, seminars, and workshops, we offer freshly brewed coffee and various breakfast options followed by a hot or cold lunch buffet. Adjourn your afternoon with delectable sweets from our pastry shop.
Boxed Lunches/To-Go Options
Boxed lunches are offered for groups who choose to bypass a sit down meal. All boxed lunches include your choice of a specialty sandwich, chips, fresh baked cookie, whole fruit, and bottle of water.
Bakery
Allow our bakery to prepare delicious treats for your event. From decadent cakes and tortes to assorted miniature pastries, there is something to please everyone. We also provide custom cakes for birthday, anniversary, and retirement celebrations.
Receptions and Formal Affairs
For more formal affairs and receptions, we offer beautifully arranged trays and displays of mouth-watering passed hors doeuvres, followed by a comfortable sit-down dinner. Choose from our current menu or let our chef create a customized food service program for your event.
Barbeques and Outdoor Gatherings
For outdoor gatherings, we offer barbeques and casual themed buffets on our beautifully landscaped campus.
