Wentworth Mansion

About

The Second Empire-style Wentworth Mansion, which was finished in 1886, boasts a magnificent collection of antiques and an opulent ambiance. The four-story private home built by Francis Silas Rodgers combined Gilded Era splendor with the necessity to house children and grandkids. Wrought-iron decorations, handcarved and tin ceilings, parquet flooring, Tiffany stained glass windows, and marble fireplaces are used to decorate its beautiful interiors. The cupola, which offers a breathtaking, expansive perspective of the city, is accessible by a twisting stairway.
