The Pennsylvania State University owns and operates The Nittany Lion Inn, which was constructed in the Georgian style in 1931 and is located on the University Park Campus in State College’s lovely downtown. The AAA Four Diamond Award winner’s close proximity to one of the top colleges in the country has attracted numerous notable visitors throughout the years. It has elegant antiques throughout and comfortable, conventionally furnished guest rooms. The Nittany Lion Hotel, a smoke-free hotel, is close to downtown and a short drive from the picturesque Centre County region.
