The Monocle

About

Family-owned, The Monocle was opened in 1960 as Nixon and John F. Kennedy were battling out for the Presidency. The Moncole prides itself on having served every president since Kennedy and is a regular dining place for members of congress as it is very close to the Capitol Building. We offer multiple unique event rooms which can seat 10 in our intimate wine room, or up to 125 seated or 200 standing.
