What started 30 years ago in a tiny building backroom in Denver, Colorado has become an immense online network marketing thousands of magnificent meeting spaces. Upon our founding, our membership-based network included 141 colleges and universities. Our membership has since expanded to include seven different venue types, with venues across the United States and Canada.
In honor of our 30th anniversary, we'd like to honor 12 of the founding members who've helped us create a successful resource for event planners seeking one-of-a-kind venues.
University of California, Los Angeles
Situated on 430 gorgeous acres, the University of California, Los Angeles boasts 4-star quality meeting rooms, a nationally-acclaimed dining program, professional catering on-site, and a variety of convenient amenities. California State University, Northridge
California State University, Northridge is the ideal location for corporate and social events, retreats, training workshops, and youth camps. This venue offers 30 different event rooms, overnight lodging accommodations for 1300 guests, and a variety of on-site dining and catering options.
Purdue University
Purdue University offers first-class conference and meeting spaces, lodging accommodations, and dining services year round. Its Midwestern location, beautiful campus and top-notch conference center and coordination service make this a prime spot for corporate, religious, association and fraternal events.
UMass Amherst Hotel and Conference Center
Situated in the scenic Pioneer Valley, UMass Amherst Hotel and Conference Center is a one-of-a-kind venue offering full-service, year-round conference and hotel accommodations, plus summer residence hall availability. It has 32 amazing meeting spaces, with the largest room accommodating 10,000 people.
Tufts University
Tufts University is conveniently located a few miles from historic Boston, Cambridge and the Logan International Airport and is easily accessible by public transportation. The university offers a wide range of meeting spaces, including round-table style classrooms, planetary halls, auditoriums, banquet rooms, and a Romanesque-style chapel.
The Conference Center at Bentley University
Located just west of Boston in Waltham, MA, The Conference Center at Bentley University invites you to enjoy its scenic New England campus and world-class meeting space, lodging accommodations and on-site professional caters and dining facilities. The facility's 15 meeting and event rooms provide the latest technology and audiovisuals.
University of Nebraska, Lincoln
The University of Nebraska, Lincoln is one of the largest summer conference operations of its kind in the United States. The university can accommodate up to 5,500 guests with full service meeting, dining and overnight lodging options and offers 200 meeting spaces.
Hofstra University
Offering 200 event spaces with accommodations for up to 2,500 guests, Hofstra University is the perfect venue for corporate and social events, retreats, camps and training workshops. Conveniently located 20 miles east of New York City, the university is easily accessible from the city, as well as John F. International and La Guardia Airports.
Oregon State University Conference Center
Oregon State University Conference Center is a beautiful, historic campus located in the charming city of Corvallis, in the heart of the picturesque Willamette Valley and on the west bank of the Willamette River. University of Washington
Located in the heart of Seattle, the University of Washington has a small city feel and features beautifully landscaped grounds and new "green" buildings. The university offers 500 event facilities, free on-site wireless Internet, great dining options, and overnight lodging for up to 3,850 guests.
