Meeting Rooms on Fifteen Located on the north end of campus overlooking Torrey Pines, Meeting Rooms on Fifteen is a convenient way to impress employees or guests without leaving the University. The space is ideal for the smallest of meetings to large social gatherings, with flexible seating arrangements and the latest in high-tech audio/visual equipment.

The Great Hall Besides its breathtaking architectural design, it also has an adjacent patio facing the Pacific Ocean. Perfect for an elegant catered dinner or perhaps a casual barbeque.

Price Center East Ballroom Ballroom with a built in stage.

The Price Center West Ballroom A Located on Level 2 of Price Center West. This is the smaller ballroom out of Ballroom AB.

The Price Center West Ballroom B Located on Level 2 of Price Center West.

Asante Classrooms Rooms Located at Eleanor Roosevelt College, near the Great Hall, these four rooms are excellent for break out sessions and smaller meetings. Media and audio visual equipment for events can also be provided.

Mandeville Auditorium The performance home for the University Events Office, UCSD Music Department, the San Diego International Film Series, and many other performing arts organizations.

    64 Degrees, one of the newest dining facilities, serves an all-youcare-to-eat menu and boasts a beautiful ambiance, with floor to ceiling windows and modern furnishings.  64 Degrees is the neighborhood dining location for the Revelle Campus.

    Seating Capacity: 350
    Café Ventanas, offering an all-you-care-to eat menu, features breathtaking architectural design, including 30-foot glass walls, open natural wood beam ceilings, and a large outdoor dining patio and amphitheater. Café Ventanas serves as the neighborhood dining location for The Village, ERC and Marshall housing communities during the summer months.

    Seating Capacity: 400
    Pines, located in the center of the Muir Housing community, offers customers an all-you-care-to-eat menu in a lofted, open concept space with tons of windows and saturated color. Pines services the Muir Housing Community as well as commuter students and staff with its proximity to classrooms and other meeting spaces.


Meeting Planning Services From the first steps in planning to the conclusion of your program, our specialists manage numerous logistics and guide you through every aspect of your event including airport transportation, catering and menu planning, social programs, and more!

Registration Services Hospitality and Conference Services offers a variety of web registration packages to fit the needs and budget of any conference group. Packages are available to UC San Diego Departments, Affiliates and Summer Conference Groups.


Audio-Visual Event Services UC San Diego Audio-Visual Event Services provides an array of fee-based audio-visual support and production services for large and small events held on campus. Services include video production and editing, sound reinforcement for special events, and AV equipment rental to individuals or groups.

Birch Aquarium at Scripps As the public outreach center for the renowned Scripps Institution of Oceanography, Birch Aquarium brings guests into the exciting world of cutting-edge research. Explore interactive exhibits and come face to face with exciting creatures including a rescued Loggerhead Sea Turtle, Leopard Sharks, and Seahorses. Don't miss the Dive Show in the two-story Giant Kelp Forest or the outdoor touch pools that feature stunning ocean views.

The San Diego Zoo An urban paradise for all ages, the San Diego Zoo is a must-see in Southern California. Spend the day monkeying around in our tropical oasis as you visit amazing habitats for animals such as gorillas, Komodo dragons, tigers, flamingos, mandrills, polar bears, birds of paradise, giant tortoises, elephants, and more. La Jolla Playhouse The Tony Award-winning La Jolla Playhouse is internationally-renowned for creating some of the most exciting and adventurous work in American theatre, through its new play development initiatives, its innovative Without Walls series, artist residencies and commissions. Currently led by Artistic Director and 2017 Tony Award winner Christopher Ashley and Managing Director Debby Buchholz, the Playhouse was founded in 1947 by Gregory Peck, Dorothy McGuire, and Mel Ferrer. La Jolla Playhouse has had 32 productions transfer to Broadway, garnering 38 Tony Awards, among them the currently-running hit musicals COME FROM AWAY, JERSEY BOYS, MEMPHIS, THE WHO'S TOMMY, as well as Billy Crystal's 700 SUNDAYS and the Pulitzer Prize-winning I AM MY OWN WIFE, both fostered as part of the Playhouse's Page to Stage Program.
