Niagara University provides a unique experience that is dedicated to the success of your next meeting, event, summer conference, retreat, youth camp, or special event on campus.
Our campus offers a wide range of accommodations and flexible meeting space options guaranteed to meet the specific needs of your group.
Groups enjoy the scenic environment that Niagara University has to offer, with breathtaking views that overlook the beautiful Niagara River Gorge in Lewiston, N.Y.
Our Niagara University office provides a talented staff that is available to work with you one-on-one from beginning to end to ensure that the logistics of your event are properly taken care of. This ensures that your team’s job is much simpler. Our staff will work with you to get a complete understand what you want in an event, then carefully review every detail to create opportunities that push the envelope and make your next event both unique and memorable for you and your guests. Niagara University notably has a variety of meeting spaces ranging from small classrooms and conference that can accommodate 20 people to large banquet rooms for up to 300 people (theatre style). Audio-visual equipment is available for Niagara University for streamlined presentations at no extra cost.
Our office also has a special summer program that recruits select students from Niagara University’s College of Hospitality and Tourism Management undergraduate program to assist with the summer conferences that take place on campus. The summer program is designed to give students the tools that they need to accelerate their education via hands on experience and succeed as future leaders. In addition to the operational exposure and training gained through the program, the students will also be exposed to valuable event management experiences and project work, as they work closely with our staff, and are provided feedback throughout the summer program to hone their expertise.
Niagara University boasts overnight accommodations for guests split between on-campus apartments, residents halls, and Varsity Village. Dining services for events is available through Metz Catering, offering anything ranging from snacks to extensive dinner service. Other convenient food service is made available at the campus’s Dining Commons and within Gallagher Center.

Niagara University’s campus is conveniently located just four miles from Niagara Falls, and it is just an eight-minute drive to the bridge to Canada. Additionally, Niagara University is only 20 miles from Buffalo (and 90 miles from Rochester and Toronto).

Audio-visual equipment is available at no extra cost in classroom space. Classrooms are equipped with desktop computers, laptop connections, projector and screen, sound system, DVD and VHS player, and a document camera. Select rooms in Dunleavy Hall have separate televisions with DVD and VHS players. Also, select rooms in the Academic Complex are equipped with SMART boards.
If your event/conference requires a special set up outside the classroom our Information Technology Department will assist you and pricing will be provided to you depending on your needs.
