York University has meeting rooms with capacities ranging from 25 people up to lecture halls for 500 people, as well as flat floor options for groups of 200. The campus is a 30 minute subway ride from downtown, 20 minutes by car from Pearson International Airport, with several regional/city bus connections that make transportation to and from York University largely stress-free.
