About

Winter Clove Inn & Resort is a historic Catskill Mountian Resort. The resort is located on 300 private acres at the base of North Mountain and directly borders the Catskill State Wilderness Preserve.

In addition to offering 49 private guest rooms, the resort features a complete conference center in our restored 1800’s carriage house and stable. Smaller meeting rooms and break-out rooms are available throughout the resort. Meal plans and customized packages are available.

Its not all about work… onsite amenities include a 9 hole golf course, heated indoor and outdoor pool, bowling alley, game room, fitness room, bar/lounge, miles of hiking and walking trails, X-country ski equipment and trails, tennis court, basketball court, bonfires, BBQs, and much more.

The Carriage House Conference Center

Located in our restored 1800's carriage house and stable this area is perfect for larger groups (up to 120) or those who require more space. 

Carriage House Bowling Alley

Also located in our renovated 1800’s barn and stable. Our bowling alley has a seating area with tables around a large pot belly wood stove and is perfect for smaller groups or breakout sessions. This area is attached to our main conference center.

The Escarpment Lounge

Located in the Main Lodge, The Escarpment Lounge is ideal for the smaller group looking for an intimate setting. This recently renovated fireside room can accommodate up to 30 people in a business setting or smaller groups looking for more space.

The Sun Porch

Located in the Main Lodge near our indoor pool and solarium is our enclosed sun porch which can comfortably seat up to 30 people.

The Front Porch

The Main Lodge is home to our expansive front porch which is always one of our guest's favorite features of Winter Clove Inn & Reosrt. This is why many managers and association directors choose to use it as their go to venue space. This space is only available during fair weather months and can accommodate up to 100 people. Tables and chairs can be provided and arranged to meet your needs. 

The Side Lawn

Take full advantage of hosting your event in the Catskill Mountains and enjoy the beautiful scenery that an outdoor space can provide. Our side lawn is equipped with tables and seating that can accommodate up to 45 people, electrical outlets and twilight lighting is available. Additional outdoor space can be arranged for larger groups if needed.

Winter Clove Inn Dining Room

Our dinning room is located in the Main Lodge and can accommodate up to 130 people. Our menu changes daily and we will work with larger groups on selectign the menu options for their stay. Most dietary needs and restricitons such as allergies, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, lactose free, etc. can be accommodated so long as we know ahead of time. 
Outdoor dining can be accommodated during fair weaher months.

The Escarpment Bar

Located in the Main Lodge and connecting to both the dining room and front porch. This fireside intimate bar room includes seating for up to 30 people and a full service bar.

The Main Lodge

The Main Lodge contains 35 private guest rooms. All of the rooms contain private bathrooms. There are rooms with one king bed, one queen bed, two full size double beds and family suite rooms. Guest can reserve any number of rooms in the Main Lodge.

The Oaks Lodge

The Oaks Lodge is locted approximately 200 feet from the Main Lodge and features 11 bedrooms all with private bath. The Oaks Lodge has its own front porch, side patio and two indoor common areas/livign rooms. While the Oaks Lodge is often ideal for groups who require all 11 bedrooms and thus receive their own exclusive space it is not necessary and guest can reserve any number of rooms in the Oaks Lodge.

The Carriage House

The Carriage House is located approximately 100 feet from the Main Lodge and features a 3 bedroom/two bathroom suite unit. There is also a small sitting area with a couch, TV and mini-fridge. Since this is a suite unit guest are required to reserve all 3 rooms if interested in this accommodation.
