The Executive Briefing Center does not have in-house catering services, however, clients are able to arrange those services with any licensed and insured vendor. Vendors must provide a certificate of insurance prior to their provision of service. This is pretty standard and should be an easy request for your preferred vendor. 

The Executive Briefing Center has established relationships with many local caterers; we will gladly provide you with a list of trusted and tested vendors.

Please note that working meals are not permitted in the Ballston and Foggy Bottom rooms, however options are available for accomodating guests during that time.

CPE works closely with the Executive Briefing Center to provide comprehensive conference and meeting planning services including short courses, seminars, workshops, training programs and conferences. Expertise includes providing academic, government, corporate, and professional organizations with program implementation, marketing strategy, web development, print promotion, registration, contract management, site support logistics, and fiscal administration. Continuing and Professional Education’s faculty and staff have extensive experience convening organizations and leaders to plan and implement projects.

Executive Briefing Center
When booking space at the Executive Briefing Center there will always be onsite event staff who will be there to greet you when you arrive and assist with connecting your laptop to our house projection systems.  The onsite staff are also there to assist with directing any catering deliveries to their designated areas and answer any questions throughout your meeting.  A few items we are also able to provide at incremental costs include copy/print services, linen rentals, additional flip charts, and parking validation services if available.

Overview:
All basic audio/visual equipment and support (i.e. Wi-Fi, projection, microphones, phone line) are included in the room rental; we simply ask that the client provides their own laptop and our on-site event staff will assist with connecting to our house system.

    Yes: When booking space at the Executive Briefing Center there is onsite technical assistance that will be available to help connect your laptop to our in-house projection systems as well as do basic trouble shooting on EBC equipment, if necessary.
