The Vancouver Aquarium has paused all on-site public programming and temporarily closed to the public while we focus on transformation.
Voted one of Canada’s best loved attractions and one of the top Aquariums in the world, the Vancouver Aquarium is an intriguing and unforgettable venue to host your next private event. We opened our largest expansion in our history in June 2014, almost doubling our event space and increasing our capacity for cocktail receptions to an incredible 2000 guests.

When you’re the host of an event at the Vancouver Aquarium, you do more than provide your guest with an amazing experience; you are also supporting a non-profit society dedicated to the conservation of aquatic life. This includes conservation, education and research programs such as our Marine Mammal Rescue Centre, Ocean Wise™, Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup and the Coastal Ocean Research Institute.
