Welcome to Hospitality Services! At the University of Regina, we offer year-round services to help you successfully plan and execute your next meeting, conference, or event from start to finish. The campus features a variety of conference and meeting spaces and a long list of accommodations for you and your guests, ensuring that we are re able to provide everything you will need to create a memorable event in the area!

University of Regina has over 75 event spaces to choose from, providing a wide range of locations that are sure to be perfect for your event. Those planning an event on campus have classrooms, boardrooms, lecture theatres, atriums, and many unique event spaces that they can choose from. University of Regina knows that no event is complete without quality food service and offers options through Global Village All-You-Care-To-Eat buffet in Riddell Center and the campus’s three approved catering providers. Additionally, we offer the convenience of having all meeting rooms, food services and accommodations within minutes of each other. The fitness facility, swimming pool, convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurants can also be found right here on campus.

We also offer a variety of services to assist you in creating the perfect event. Hospitality Services has a dedicated team to ensure all of the details of your conference or event are taken care of. Here are just some of services we can offer:

  • Coordinate and manage room bookings
  • Coordinate work control and custodial requests
  • Coordinate catering, parking, audio visual and IT services
  • Contract any off-campus service vendors (as required)
  • Serve as on-site Venue Management
  • Provide on-campus accommodations (short-stay,
    conferences/events, and some long-term
    arrangements based on individual/group needs)
