Truck Park & New Bohemia

7th Street Truck Park is a 6,000 sq. ft. indoor food truck and beer hall. The eclectic style, polished concrete floors, and flexible space is ideal for your next private event. The 5 food truck facades are perfect areas for food displays, and the large 4-sided bar centrally located can serve all guests without a wait. If the weather is cooperating, we also have large roll-up walls so guests can enjoy an indoor-outdoor component. For larger scale events, add on our adjacent sister restaurant- New Bohemia (simply roll up the door!).

The great American road trip is what dreams are built upon, a quirky rite of passage that allows people to hit the open road, sit under the stars, get lost in an amazing soundtrack and experience the people, restaurants and bars that each city claims as “locals joints.” Seventh Street Truck Park brings all of that and a whole lot more to St. Paul as part of an all-new concept, brought to life by the creators of New Bohemia Wurst + Bierhaus.

New Bohemia is the transformation of a traditional bier hall into what we like to call the “New American Craft Bier Hall”, pouring 36 of the finest local and International craft beers in the country.  We feature over 24 selections of all-natural sausages, made from whole cuts of meat, no artificial flavoring, and zero nitrates.  Our sausages are made right here in Minnesota.  Buns and pretzels are made by hand in the traditional German-style.  Fries are hand-cut every day and all sauces, mustard and toppings are made fresh in every restaurant.  We have five convenient locations throughout the Twin Cities, with substantial room to host any size party or event!

New Bohemia also has a Food Truck!  We offer catering offsite, along with adding outside space to any of our locations for special events!
