The special events staff is here to help you create a remarkable, memorable event. Whether you are planning an informal dinner for 20, a black-tie awards ceremony for 100, or a cocktail reception for 300, we offer an all-inclusive planning experience. Rentals include event furniture, audio visual, and staffing, and we work with one exclusive catering company to create the perfect menu.

The museum’s entrance space is available for a 120-person seated event or a 300-person cocktail reception. The Warhol theater is available to host business meetings, lectures, wedding ceremonies, or symposia. Options to add gallery floors, guided tours, and studio activities to your event are available.

Enter into one of Pittsburgh’s most contemporary spaces designed by Richard Gluckman and have more than 15 Minutes of Fame! Polished concrete floors and Warhol artworks make events truly memorable. A window screen allows for even your own images to be projected and colored lights add a fun twist to the center of the gallery.

Warhol Theater

Relax in our state-of-the-art Film and Video Theater perfect for lectures, symposiums or meetings of any kind. Cushy vintage theater seats and paneled walls make for an intimate space. The purple carpet and black stage curtains add some fun and elegance to your event.

Timeline Gallery

Learn all about Andy Warhol in our Timeline Gallery which offers a mix of Warhol works spanning his entire career. From early design work to Celebrity Portraits, something for everyone! The cork floor softens this contemporary gallery and makes it perfect for pre-dinner cocktails or wrapping up the evening with dessert.

Go all out and enjoy seven floors of the museum. Guests can leisurely walk through all of the galleries and Special Exhibition spaces. Artist Educators can be on standby for tours or casual talk.
