Moore Avenue, "1300" offers up to 1,044 guests the opportunity to live in either suite-style or apartment-style accommodations. As our largest facility, "1300" is divided into north and south wings with the center core of the complex offering a variety of shared community space for guests.

The Edge at Avenue North

The building is located on the southeast corner of 15th and Oxford Streets. Floors 2 through 8 are available for rental. Professional and student staff will be on site to provide programming activities, residence life services, and respond to guest issues. Utilities including electricity, gas, water, sewer services, basic cable TV, broadband Internet service and basic telephone service will be provided. Rooms are furnished and include amenities.
