Our brand NEW Event & Banquet Centre (5500 sq feet) and a brand new gymnasium (8,375 sq feet) welcomes you to Kingston, Ontario!

Our event venue has a capacity for up to 400 event delegates. The dividable event venue is great for smaller groups/ breakouts or can remain fully open for large plenary/banquet style events! The 16 foot ceilings also allow for ample light and plenty of space.

The venue also offers a fully furnished outdoor patio (seasonal) and on-site catering services, both the venue and patio are fully licensed. We can accommodate both cash or host bars.

As an addition to the event venue, the space offers a large upper and lower concourse area to accommodate additional guests, receptions, tradeshows, etc.

As Kingston’s newest and most modern event centre, the space offers state-of-the-art A/V technology (included in the cost of rental) as well as full natural lighting with the option of adjustable blinds.

With over 50 classrooms available, St. Lawrence College offers rentals of classrooms with sizes from 25 to 100 people. Our classrooms are equipped with a computer, digital video projector, overhead projector, tables and chairs, DVD, VCR, screen and a whiteboard

Conference Rooms

St. Lawrence College has a several options with seating that can accommodate 10 to 50 people. Our conference rooms can be equipped with a computer, digital video projector, overhead projector, tables and chairs, DVD, VCR, and a screen.

Our well-appointed lecture theatre seats up to 175 people. It is equipped with a computer, digital video projector, overhead projector, laptop connections, table and chairs, DVD, VCR, dual screen, audio system and whiteboard.

This space is 8,375 square feet with a 200-seat retractable stand. Great for sporting events and trade shows.

Cafeteria

This space has a wonderful view of the grounds. It offers generous space and comfortably seats 650 people. It is a perfect space for setting up information booths, hosting an exhibit or even a large banquet. The space is equipped with sound capabilities for guest speakers and other audio needs.

Year 1 of the Mr Spot Dog Camp was a resounding success thanks to St. Lawrence College Conference Services! Welcoming over twenty guests and 20+ dogs, staff ensured that the week went by without a hitch. A few minor issues on Day 1 were addressed professionally and immediately, ensuring a pleasant stay for all. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Access to the college cafeteria made it easy to provide onsite meals — and choice. And the location across from Lake Ontario Park was a nice bonus!

Mr. Spot Dog Camp

Our organization hosts a week long annual training session in various locations throughout Ontario. The venue in 2015 was St. Lawrence College. Our entire experience was very positive and we would endorse this venue to other groups. Event staff at the venue were very attentive and assisted with all our needs to ensure the 2015 conference was a success for our membership from across Ontario. Lodging, food and educational facilities were excellent and OAPSO would highly recommend St. Lawrence College as a venue for other large organizations. Communication with the institutions staff was timely and accommodating. The planning and implementation of an event with 150-200 participants can be a challenging undertaking and St. Lawrence College facilities staff made this undertaking easier and smoother than expected.

Ontario Association of Property Standards Officers (OAPSO)

We found using the St.Lawrence College Residence Facilities to be a GREAT Venue to host our recent Family Reunion. The friendly St. Lawrence College Dorm Management & Staff were very accommodating and supportive to provide us with the services and solutions needed to facilitate our Event. The economical pricing of the Dorm Rooms made it very affordable for many of our Family members to stay extra days, so we could have more Family time together. The 24/7 Front Desk Check-in gave Family Members, travelling from different Canadian cities, the freedom to arrive in at all hours based on their work schedules. A huge advantage was the close proximity of the Dorm Rooms to our Activity Room - the 1st Floor Residence Lounge - making it extremely convenient for Family members to rest between activity sessions; the other big bonus was having the full-size Dorm Room Fridges available to store all the food needed to feed the "multitudes"! The Venue was large enough for us to section off the Room into different areas: Buffet Area, Children's Play Area with Puppet Theater, Family Photo Shoot Area and our "Family Entertainment Center" for our Karoke DJ and the digital Photo Loop displayed on the large screen TV available in the Lounge. The "upper lounge" area offered additional sitting area. The outside "Patio Area" made it easy for Family members to step out for a breath of fresh air and also provided an "open space area" for parents to blow bubbles with their kids!! We had a FANTASTIC, hugely successful, memorable Family Reunion and the Residence Facility was the perfect venue to accommodate our many activities!!
