Auditorium
San Jose State University has a variety of Auditoriums that are available for everything from general meeting sessions to award presenations. Many of these can be rented for half or full days.

The Dining Commons
Guests have the option to purchase meal plans from the University Dining Commons. Enjoy delicious cuisine influenced from around the world. Overnight Room Attributes
Campus Village Building C
Campus Village Building C (CVC), also known as "The Suites" is the newest of the First-Year Experience Halls. Floors are divided into suites where multiple bedrooms share access to private restroom and living room facilities.
The Bricks: Hoover Hall, Royce Hall and Washburn Hall
Affectionately known as, "the bricks”, these three-story residence halls offer small living-learning environments for approximately 204 residents. Each hall is divided into 6 wings of approximately 35 residents each, a design which helps promote community among the residents. These buildings do not have elevators but do offer air conditioning.
Joe West Hall
Joe West Hall is a 12-story residence hall that houses over 600 residents. Joe West provides a number of living options including: Double occupancy rooms, suite-style living, and Single Occupancy rooms. Joe West Hall is equipped with two elevators but does not have air conditioning.

Laundry
Each hall contains a laundry room. They are equipped with washers and dryers. Guests can purchased pre-loaded laundry cards to do laundry during their stay.
Conference Coordination and Planning
Our expert staff will work with you to locate the best facilities for your conference, as well as plan meals, reserve meeting rooms and assist in all aspects of planning.
Audio/Visual Assistance
We offer A/V set up and assistance for all of our meeting rooms, many of which come prepared with integrated A/V systems.
Free Internet Access
All rooms in our residence halls come equipped with free high speed internet. Many of our meeting and classrooms also come with high speed internet, at no additional cost.
Fitness Center
Day passes are available for The Sport Club Fitness Center. Located in the San Jose State Event Center, The Sport Club at San Jose State University has a fitness room (which is equipped with treadmills, stair masters, elliptical, and weights),mini gym, dance/fitness studios, racquetball courts and locker rooms.
Aquatic Center
Day passes are available for the SJSU Aquatic Center. The Aquatic Center at San Jose State University is one of the largest outdoor pools in California, featuring daily lap swimming, diving boards, and recreational swimming.
A.S. Print Shop
The Associated Student Print Shop handles all printing and copying jobs, big or small. Offering their services to all guests of SJSU the A.S. Print Shop is conveniently located on the first floor of Hoover Hall. (http://as.sjsu.edu/asps/)
Security
All of our residence halls are secure and require key access. Additional security and escort services are available from SJSU University Police Department. (http://www.sjsu.edu/police/)
Public Transportation
SJSU has immediate access to Valley Transit Authority buses and light rail (http://www.vta.org/), walking distance from Cal-Train (http://www.caltrain.com) and a short distance from Mineta San José International Airport.
