Royal Melbourne Country Club in Lake County offers a unique alternative to the traditional event venue. The experience begins as soon as you enter the gated community and find yourself surrounded by our perfectly manicured golf course which is nestled between prairie-wetlands conservancies, nine ponds attracting native wildlife and of course, picturesque views. We pride ourselves on the fact that our service is second to none. As soon as you walk into the club house you will sense the friendly, relaxed atmosphere that our entire staff works very hard to maintain. RM is the perfect Lake County event venue – it is just as if you were at home. Book our event space for your wedding, seasonal party, corporate event, or other special occasion.
Our Grand Ballroom is over 4,000 square feet in size with a ceiling height of 13.5 feet, and it can comfortably accommodate a group of 220 people. Elegant French doors lead out to a private outdoor veranda with sweeping views of the golf course. The Royal Room is 1,200 square feet in size, and it connects directly to the Grand Ballroom, providing an ideal event space for pre and post-function activities.
