Whether your group is large or small, we invite you to come and enjoy a unique rural experience in the agricultural heartland of Alberta. Conveniently located only 45 minutes north of the Calgary International Airport, and 90 minutes south of the Edmonton International Airport, Olds is easily accessible, just 5 km off of Highway 2. Once your group is on our Alberta campus, there is no need to drive as all of our meeting spaces, accommodations, and activities are within short walking distance. Campus shuttles* are also available to transport guests around campus if there are weather or mobility concerns.

Botanical Gardens

• The Central Gardens are home to more than 20 specialty gardens and
collections including the Rose Garden, Perennial Border, Monocot Bed

entire pathway system covers 1.3 kilometers

Each meal is a flat fee per person and includes a soup/ salad bar, sub/sandwich bar, a daily variety of hot entrees, desserts, beverages, and an assortment of healthy selections.
Rates are listed below:

• Lunch (11:00am - 1:00pm) - $11.59
• Dinner (5:00pm - 7:00pm) - $13.65
