A Unique Historical Venue on Capitol Hill – historic Eastern Market’s North Hall is a premier destination for hosting memorable events.
The North Hall is 4,000 square feet of indoor event space with an historic ambiance that includes vaulted ceilings, dramatic arched windows, and excellent acoustics.
Capacity:
230 – seated banquet style (six foot rounds of 10 guests per table)
400 – standing interior reception capacity
500 – maximum capacity utilizing interior and exterior
North Hall Plaza
The North Hall Plaza is 3,500 square feet of outdoor space adjacent to the North Hall, which can be used of ceremonies, cocktails receptions, and more. The plaza is available for rent at an additional cost.
Catering Plaza
On the alley side of the North Hall, adjacent to the loading area, is 800 square feet of outdoor space caterers often use as an extension of the small catering kitchen.
Bays
The Farmer’s Line Sheds, along 7th Street SE, consists of 16 bays, each measuring approximately 200 square feet. Bays come configured with electrical outlets and offer renters a covered outdoor option for receptions, lounges, and more. Bays are available for rent at an additional cost.
