Our downtown location is within walking distance of public transit (20 minutes to West Edmonton Mall), some of Edmonton’s best shopping, dining and entertainment. Our campus features new construction with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and LEED buildings (which means tons of natural light). We offer affordable rates, on-site catering options and comfortable accommodations. All of our rates include a dedicated event professional to look after all of the details of your event.

With a wide variety of rooms to choose from at all our three campuses, our meeting rooms and classrooms are ideal spaces to accommodate your meeting requirements.

CN Conference Theatre
Located on the first floor of Building 5, the CN Conference Theatre features a hardwood stage, warm lighting, and 138 fixed seats with tablets and the ability to accommodate an additional 40 seats. Ideal for keynote speakers, large meetings and ceremonies.

Kule Theatre
Located on the third floor of the Robbins Health Learning Centre, the Kule Theatre has 200 fixed seats, classroom style, with the ability to accommodate an additional 20 seats. The Kule is ideal for lectures and keynote speakers. Standard audio visual includes dual mounted data projectors, screens, podium microphone and audience microphones.
Muttart Hall
A 250-seat theatre located on the Alberta College Campus, perfect for a guest speaker, a corporate retreat or a large staff information session.

Located on the first floor of Building 6, the MPR can accommodate up to 250 for a banquet or up to 350 theatre style.

Paul Byrne Hall
Offering a beautiful and intimate setting with floor to ceiling windows, Paul Byrne Hall accommodates up to 120 in round table seating or up to 200 reception-style.
The Heart
Centrally located on the corner of 109 St and 104 Ave, the largest special function space on campus can accommodate up to 350 banquet style or 500 for a reception. Surrounded by enormous glass windows, the Heart is the perfect location for a gala dinner, large plenary or tradeshow.

A flexible and bright open space, the Atrium can perfectly accommodate exhibition requirements, a continental breakfast or refreshment breaks. Accommodating up to 200 stand-up, the Atrium offers a stunning venue for a cocktail reception overlooking downtown Edmonton.

Located on campus, the Food Services department provides an exceptional food and beverage experience. With extensive menu options, fully licensed operations and excellent service, the Classic Fare catering team will take care of your budget and dietary requirements. Our Residence has over 350 rooms available for Spring and Summer (May to mid-August).
