About

Lost Valley is the seasonal retreat center in the Christian Retreats Network, open annually from May to mid-October. This Northern Michigan retreat center is seven miles off I-75 in Gaylord, Michigan. Lost Valley features recreation and accommodations for up to 250 overnight guests. Our all-inclusive retreat packages have everything your group needs for a successful ministry event: lodging, dining, meeting, and recreation.

Lost Valley Auditorium

Complimentary Amenities The main Auditorium has a seating capacity of 280 people. The Auditorium is set up with a stage platform and stage lights. Meeting space allocations is subject to availability. Our Guest Service team will set-up your meeting space to your specifications prior to arrival.

Warnick Activity Center

The Warnick Activity Center is a multi-purpose space, as it can easily be transformed into an oversized meeting space when not used as a gymnasium. The space boasts 20-foot-high ceilings, sound-absorbing panels, a stage platform, and portable A/V equipment. Additionally, a breakout space off the central area seats 30.

Conference Room

The Conference Room offers a serene atmosphere for intimate meetings with breathtaking views of the valley.

Dining Room

The Dining Room can be used as overflow meeting space for exclusive groups. Chairs can be set up with portable AV equipment.

Dining Room

Buffet dining is a standard feature included in all our retreat packages. We offer self-service buffet lines for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in our Lakeside Dining Room, allowing you to enjoy an all-you-can-eat experience.

Motel

The Motel offers four rooms, each offering two twin or one queen bed and one bunk bed. Motel rooms have a nice view of the lake and the valley. The motel-style rooms have a private restroom and shower. Linens and towels are provided.

Retreat Center

The Retreat Center is a haven for guests to unwind and enjoy their stay. Notable for its convenience, the Retreat Center caters to adult and family retreats by offering lodging, meeting spaces, and dining options.

Five dorm rooms have three bunk beds and shared restrooms and showers. Two private motel rooms have attached bathrooms and showers. One room features two twin beds, and the other has a queen bed and a bunk bed. Towels and linens are included with motel-style rooms.

Lodge

The Lodge has ten guest rooms designed for various group sizes. Eight of the ten rooms have two bunk beds each and sleep four. Another larger room has three bunk beds and sleeps six. An even larger room has eight bunk beds and sleeps sixteen. Restroom and shower facilities are in the Warnick Activity Center.

Cabins

We have eight cabins that overlook the lake and valley. Communal restrooms and shower facilities are centrally located. Towels and linens are not included but can be provided upon request.

Bethel & Berea sleep 24 guests in two rooms. (Heat and A/C)

Cana, Elim, and Mt. Zion sleep 16 people in two rooms. (Heat and A/C)

Faith, Hope, & Love sleeps six people in one room.

RV Parks

For those groups who wish to be more in tune with nature, Lost Valley offers 70 RV sites, 12 full hookups, and eight electrical sites for tent camping. Showers and restrooms are available nearby for use.

Upon arriving, all campers should check in at the office to receive their assigned campsite. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and are not permitted in buildings except for service animals. Please note that Lost Valley enforces a no-alcohol policy.

Campsites can only be reserved by retreat and conference groups.
