We are conveniently located off of I-64 at the Blankenbaker Exit #17. The 30,000 square-foot IWU Louisville Education and Conference Center houses 18 meeting rooms, two large common areas, and a large executive board room.

The Louisville Education and Conference center (LVEC) serves as an evening adult learning facility for IWU and a multipurpose conferencing center. LVEC is ideal for businesses and organizations as a professional, well-equipped, and highly proficient conferencing center. Our facility is perfect for those who want a professional environment and easy-to-access location for their Louisville workshops, conferences, trainings, meetings, and many other professional activities. Our regular hours of operations are Monday – Friday: 8 AM-5 PM. If a guest needs early entry or later hours than our normal hours of operation, this is available and can be arranged by asking at the time of your reservation.

In addition to 18 classrooms, a full-service library, and two large student lounges, integrated plug-and-play technology is available for your group's convenience. Our Smartcarts are mobile technology stations that include: Ethernet connect tower computers with Windows 10, Adobe, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, CD/DVD player, document projector, ceiling mounted HD projector, ceiling mounted speakers, ceiling mounted 8'X8' projector screen, multiple laptop attachments, and high-speed WIFI for the group. Every classroom also has a 20' whiteboard attached to the front wall of the room. You may rent a room with or without access to the Smartcarts.

Our rooms can accommodate groups between 5 – 120 people in a single room with various table configuration choices. Our committed team of meeting professionals is available and onsite for all of your event needs.

For events, we offer an easy and convenient location, ample parking, a professional atmosphere, in-house beverage services, various restaurant/catering options, onsite vending, and multimedia resources for use while using our facility. We can host day, evening, and multi-day events with hotels and restaurants within walking distance of our center. Whether you are looking for a location for your corporate meeting, healthcare/educational training, or any other business function, Indiana Wesleyan University of Louisville offers a venue that is right for you.
