Located just minutes from the Toronto Pearson Airport and only 30 minutes from Downtown Toronto, Humber College Conference Services provides a stimulating environment for any conference, meeting, event or social gathering in the area. Humber College offers a variety of facilities on campus to meet all your event needs.

Humber College has year-round conference space and catering that are available week-nights and week-ends from September through April and daily from May through August. From lecture theatres, classrooms, banquet halls, boardrooms, and lounges, Humber College is well equipped to host a wide variety of events on its campus.

Affordable hotel style summer accommodations are available for youth groups, summer students, sports teams, corporate clients to international conference delegates that are staying on campus overnight. The range of services offered at Humber make it comparable to other Toronto facilities as an ideal home base for religious meetings or gathering, sports leagues, tournaments, sports training camps and other athletic events.

During a meeting or seminar, our onsite catering team offers a full range of services from banquets that can be tailored to your individual needs and budget including casual barbeques, delectable box lunches, fully-executed theme parties, to coffee and refreshments – you will never go hungry at Humber.

E135 Lecture Theatre (North Campus)
Our largest lecture space at the North Campus is E135.  This space can seat 300 people with 1200 sq ft of presentation space!  This theatre has tiered seating with tablet tables and opens onto a concourse area perfect for registration or a small exhibit area.  Computer, projector, screen and sound system are built into this space.

T132 Conference Room (North Campus)
T132 Conference Room at the North Campus is a large room with a wall of windows and access to an outside courtyard - a client favorite!  Great for meetings, receptions and seminars due to the flexibility of this room.  Try a meeting with a BBQ lunch to get people out of the meeting room and into the courtyard to enjoy the area overlooking the Humber Arboretum.
This room is fully equipped with built in computer podium, projector, screen and sound system.

BCTI Conference and Event space (North Campus)
The North Campus is host to a newly constructed conference and event centre. This centre is located in the Barrett Centre for Technology Innovation, a state-of-the-art building designed to pioneer new solutions to the technological and innovation challenges facing Canada’s advanced manufacturing industry. The space can host a 20-person intimate meal to a large event for 112 people seated banquet style. This creative Low Waste Event Space will feature portable podiums, built-in projectors and screens, wireless audio video connectivity, wireless lavalier microphones, and web conferencing. Users of this space are required to supply their laptops and accessories (USB, HDMI, or other connection cables) if they wish to display a presentation or perform web conferencing.

LinX Pub (North Campus)
LinX pub was newly designed and constructed in 2009.  This bright and open campus pub space can be rented out for private liquor licensed events such as birthdays, product launches, event socials, dinners and any other event that you would like a vibrant location for!
LinX is equipped with a DJ booth, bar, coat check, outdoor patio, light and sound system, bathrooms within the pub and a small stage.  Licensed capacity: 278 people.
L1017 Community Room (Lakeshore Campus)
L1017 Community Room at the Lakeshore Campus is a large room with a wall of windows located in the newly built (2011) Lakeshore Commons Building.  Great for meetings, receptions and seminars due to the flexibility of this room. 
This room is fully equipped with coat check area, built in computer podium, projector, screen and sound system.

Humber has a large number of classrooms at each property that can host 30-150 people in a room.  Each classroom is equipped with built in computer, projector and screen.  Classrooms have soft/flex seating which can be manipulated based on the group need.  Square footage differs from room to room.

Meal Plan Menus

For those large groups using Humber as a meeting, event or conference venue, meal plan options are the best bang for your group.  On a 2 week rotation, groups will have plently of variety and always hot meals at Breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Served in the Food Emporium at the North Campus or the Dining Hall at the Lakeshore Campus we can accommodate large groups or multiple groups at one time.

2 bedroom suites (North & Lakeshore Campuses)
The North and Lakeshore Campus have 2 bedroom suite style accommodations for groups visiting Toronto and looking for affordable rates at a great facility.  Each suite has 2 self contained bedrooms with a double bed, desk, and an alarm clock.  Bedrooms open onto a kitchenette with a full sized fridge, microwave and private 3-piece bathroom located within the suite.

Dorm Style Accommodations (North Campus only)

Our traditional dorm style rooms are great for youth and sports groups.  Each dorm is equipped with a coach bed, wardrobe, desk and phone.  Each floor has communal bathrooms for guests to use, as well as TV lounges to hang out in and enjoy some social time.  All linens are provided.

Conference Management Services
Humber Conference Services is pleased to offer Conference Management Services for those groups who require more assistance with their event.  We are pleased to offer clients services that range from conference registration management through to complete conference management.  Fees are based on number of people and selected package.  Let us know how we can help you to make your event a success!

As a College we are constantly updating our technology in all spaces.  Most meeting spaces contain the following items:
