Whether you’re planning a meeting for 20 or a conference for 200, Golden Beach Resort in Ontario has what you need to make your next business event a resounding success.
Choose from one of our packages or create your own with our conference coordinator. Packages range in price and can include a wide number of accommodations.
Our large, spacious meeting room has a view of Rice Lake on one side and the rolling country hills of Northumberland on the other. Room setup is based on your needs and requirements. Our elevated platform and podium is great for guest speakers.

    Conference Setups

    Choose from a classroom, theatre, boardroom, u-shaped, or banquet style setup.
    Our large banquet room overlooks Rice Lake with big beautiful windows, a large dance floor, chandeliers, and the ability to seat 200-250 people comfortably.

    We offer 3 tiers of menus that suit any budget and taste.

    INCLUDES Banquet Hall Rental if minimum number of attendees are met
    (Examples of menu based on 3 meals per day)

  • Tier 1 Approximately $40.00 per person/ day
  • Tier 2 Approximately $47.00 per person/ day
  • Tier 3 Approximately $65.00 per person/ day

    Breaks are subject to additional fees based on what your party requires.
    Water, Coffee and Tea service are available and most times included in the quote unless otherwise indicated.

    Overnight Conferences and Retreats

    Our spring and fall conference meeting and retreat packages begin at $120 per person, per night, based on double or triple occupancy (one person per bedroom). Price includes standard accommodations, meeting rooms and full use of resort amenities.

    All standard accommodations feature full size fridge, stove, microwave, electric coffee maker with in-room coffee, basic satellite TV and a 3-piece bathroom. Separate bedrooms feature a double bed in each room. Also included is a charcoal BBQ and campfire pit. Accommodations include bedding and towels and daily maid service.

    Upgrade your package to a deluxe accommodation for an additional $30.00 per person, per night (based on double or triple occupancy). Cottages include everything above, however they are larger and more luxurious. Cottages also include an in-cottage safe, 4-piece bathroom, deck and propane BBQ.

    Winter packages include your stay in our newly renovated 2 Bedroom Condo Unit. Our winterized units offer a queen sized bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. Pricing can be specialized for your group depending on the size of the group.

    Generally pricing starts at $215.00/ per unit/ Friday – Saturday and $185.00/ Unit/ Sunday – Thursday. Sleeps 2-4 people.

    Executive’s Package:

  • Standard accommodation
  • Continental breakfast, lunch and one break per day

    Vice President’s Package:

  • Standard accommodation
  • Buffet breakfast, lunch and two breaks per day

    President’s Package:

  • Standard accommodation
  • Three meals per day, beginning with buffet dinner on arrival day and ending with breakfast on departure day

    Add an afternoon break for an additional $6.00 per person.

    Summer retreats are also available. Please call our conference coordinator for availability and pricing.

    Audio visual aids available at an additional charge. Two weeks advance notice must be given.
