At Franklin Pierce, we bring friends, families, and communities together through our Summer Conferences Program. From overnight spiritual/religious camps and sports groups to single day business meetings and family reunions, Franklin Pierce is home to all.  Sitting on 1,200 acres of land in the Monadnock Region of NH, FPU offers both recreational and business style retreats fit for any group. Whether your day is full of classroom trainings and education sessions or you’re here to use one of our 4 sports fields and relax by the lake, FPU has can accommodate all.  You’ll be able to partake in educational sessions in our classrooms (complete with all your A/V needs) while enjoying the splendid views of Mount Monadnock and Pearly Lake. Dozens of hiking trails surround our campus, and Pearly Lake is the perfect place for an afternoon team building in our kayaks and paddle boats. The Bubble offers you a full indoor track/turf/court experience, a full workout room and game room. Our multiple outdoor hammock areas and fire pits make for a great way to end your busy day.

Our venues are available for meeting rooms and dining year-round and events with overnight lodging are accepted in June and July. Our Lakeview Townhouses sit directly across from Pearly Lake and offer a townhouse style living with a view. We offer air-conditioned overnight accommodations as well as daily meeting spaces, free Wi-Fi, washers and dryers and ample parking across campus. From classrooms for 10 to meeting spaces for up to 1000, there is no shortage of options for spaces.

Our newly renovated Dining Hall offers full meals, and we can provide catering from simple coffee services to upscale dinners. Our Chef will work with you to create menus that fit your every need and will excite your guests, because life is too short for boring food. Our team of culinary experts provide top tier customer service and can accommodate all allergies and dietary restrictions.

Franklin Pierce's food services are provide by Sodexo Corporation. We serve three meals per day, buffet style in our Campus Center. Sodexo will also be able to provide special meals upon request and catering across the campus. The Campus Center is conveniently connected to Spagnuolo Hall, which is one of our most multi-functional and popular event spaces. It also features the Monadnock Lounge, a small, quiet meeting space for 20 people and the Pioneer Lounge, a newly renovated space that is great for check-ins, small receptions, and other events.

Our Dining Facility

Our Dining Facility is made up of a buffet style service line. In addition to this space, we also have a fully operating salad bar, deli bar and pizza station. Our Executive Chef and Catering Manager are happy to work with you on creating the perfect menu for your group! We are also capable of creating and serving ethnic cuisines including, but not limited to, East Asian, Indian, Middle Eastern, and South American foods. We offer a wide array of Pepsi Fountain Beverages, including Dole Juice and Natural Flavored Water. We proudly serve local, Green Mountain Coffee from Vermont and Bigelow Teas. We also have a full soft serve ice cream machine, ice cream novelty chest, and our fresh, in-house desserts made each day by our Baker.

Twenty-Eight air-conditioned townhouses, which overlook Pearly Lake. Twenty-Four of the twenty-Eight townhouses also offer studio apartments with two beds. Each townhouse, combined with a studio apartment, can accommodate up to eight people.
