I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience we had at your establishment for my bridal shower brunch. The event was an incredible success, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Your staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Their professionalism and attentiveness made the event truly enjoyable for all in attendance. Additionally, the food was absolutely delicious – my guests and I were thoroughly impressed with each dish. Furthermore, the event space itself was simply perfect. From start to finish, the event went seamlessly. I am grateful for all your assistance throughout the process, which allowed me to relax and fully appreciate the celebration with my loved ones. I will enthusiastically recommend your restaurant to others seeking a venue for their special events. Thank you for your help yesterday and every step along the way! I know my team had a blast and the indoor space worked out really well! As I mentioned to one of the managers, I was really impressed with how the server team and everyone on staff had a “can do / how can I help” approach to requests. I felt like the staff was invested in creating a good experience for us! And everyone raved about the food too! Having not tried any options before ordering the selectin (again, thanks for your help with this), I was so happy / relieved to like everything I ate!

It's clear that he knows the importance of customer service and worked tirelessly to make sure everyone had a great experience. At one point, he looked at the monitors and asked me to send any logo possible so he can personalize the event. That was invaluable. There was never a "no" it was, "how can I help you". • The bartender who delivered quality customer service. He made sure guests were happy with their cocktails and he was impressive with the cocktails that he curated. • The servers who served with grace, style and a smile on their faces. Once they knew what you liked, they wanted to make sure you were fed well! They also offered to assist with anything and made sure they did so professionally. • The manager - She was just pure joy. She was extremely helpful, diligent and professional. It's clear that she takes pride in what she does. All the staff was personable and professional. I appreciated all their help and it made for a seamless experience. Lastly, you were invaluable. You were organized, detailed and handled all of our needs with ease and professionalism. You stepped in when needed and made sure that everything ran smoothly. Thank you for being by our side throughout the entire process! Dirty Habit is lucky to have you!
