Lenhart Grand Ballroom
Largest and most popular space. Refinished hardwood floors, state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, stage lighting.
Theater
Large screen, Dolby digital 5.1 surround sound, stadium-style seating for about 250.
Mylander Room
Windows on all four sides. Offers soft lounge seating and a variety of set-up options.
Multi-Purpose Room
Ideal for a variety of events, the Multi-Purpose Room is true to its name.
McMaster Room
Largest conference room in the Student Union. Set-up for 70 to 210. Dramatic skylights.
Anderson Room
Perfect for a meeting for 30 to 50. Fixed audio-visual equipment and flexible set-up.
Olscamp Hall 101
Large conference room ideal for a variety of events. Audio-visual equipment and flexible set-up.
BGSU at Levis Commons
Located only 12 miles down the road from BGSU's campus, Levis commons offers very large to intimate sized conference rooms. Chose from board-room style, classroom and several other room set-ups that meet your conference or event needs. Each space is completely equipped with all needed AV material, including televisions, projectors, whiteboards, etc.
Food & Beverage Options
Lenhart Grand Ballroom
One of the most popular spaces on campus, the Lenhart Grand Ballroom, is ideal for conferences, wedding receptions, banquets, lectures, and many other events. An audience of 1100 or even a smaller group of 100 can enjoy the atmosphere of the Ballroom, as it can be divided for the comfort of your attendees. The larger section, accommodates up to 400 people for a banquet. The Community Room, is commonly used to host smaller banquets for up to 200. The room features refinished hardwood floors, state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, and stage lighting. Our Event Planning staff can help you identify the ideal room setup to meet the needs of your event.
The Oaks Dining Center
The Oaks Dining Center is a brand new state-of-the-art LEED Certified dining facility. The location offers multiple stations and an all you care to eat set up. There is a private dining/meeting area that seats up to 250 guests. The dining venue can seat up to 700 guests including the private dining area.
Carillon Place Dining Center
Carillon Place accommodates up to 300 guests and offers a second floor private, outdoor patio as well as an all you care to eat dining set up.
The Nest
Located within the Bowen-Thomspson Student Union, The Nest offers you to-go food and drinks with places such as Panda Express, Steak 'n Shake, Jamba Juice, ChickenDipity, Marco's Pizza and Starbucks Coffee.
Outtakes
Outtakes convenience stores are located all across campus with to-go food items, drinks and snacks.
The Black Swamp Pub and Bistro
The pub and bistro located within the Bowen-Thompson Student Union offers you an array of home-style meals with several drinks on tap. This option is only open during the Fall and Spring Semester.
Einstein Bros. Bagels
Einstein Bros. Bagels, located on campus, attached to the Oaks dining facility.
Sweet Shoppe
The Sweet Shoppe, located within the Outtakes @ Carillon Place offers an array of candy and various other snacks.
