The new ASH Dome observatory houses a PlaneWave 17″ (f/6.8) Dall-Kirkham corrected optical design telescope which enriches the undergraduate students’ learning experience and gives the graduate students another tool with which to broaden their horizons. The new observatory is also open to the public for tours and stellar evenings. For group reservation only. St. Mark’s Chapel This carefully maintained and beautifully preserved chapel is located in the McGreer building. It was declared Cultural Property by the Quebec Ministère des affaires culturelles in 1989. Today, it remains as an important historical and artistic legacy of the long and significant role of Bishop’s University.
