Bechtler Museum Of Modern Art

The Bechtler Museum of Modern Art is a powerful and imaginative setting for events and meetings. Located at the Levine Center for the Arts, within walking distance of the Charlotte Convention Center, the Bechtler is a unique space designed by internationally acclaimed architect Mario Botta.

Rental pricing for each museum space is determined by the time-length of the event. We rent the museum in 4-hour, 6-hour, and 8-hour intervals including the time for setup and breakdown. Additional rental hours and space buyout combinations are available upon request and pricing is determined by the specific details provided.

Rental pricing for each space includes the museum’s on-site rental equipment (180 black folding chairs, 12 cocktail tables, 6 café tables, white and black pipe and drape, a projector cart with HDMI and VGA connection, 2 wireless microphones, 3 speakers, 1 podium microphone, 6 8’x4′ stage pieces, and staffing/security). Non-profit pricing is 20% off the space rental pricing and is available with proof of a 501c3.
