The Ark is a 14 bedroom, 12 bathroom lake house just outside Atlanta, GA sleeping up to 44 people and is ideal for family reunions, corporate retreats and other gatherings. Overlooking the shores of Lake Lanier, it has a double dock with a party deck, swimming pool, hot tub, regulation size volleyball court, huge fire pit, pool house and 16 person home theater.
