Our venue is designed to resemble a boutique hotel – a little Mad Men style. Our stylish design is warm, welcoming, and inviting to keep your guests comfortable throughout their visit. With a main event space that flows onto our patio, warm weather parties enjoy the waterfront at the best price available. With an event team that shares over 30 years of experience in planning, hosting and coordinating events, we handle a lot of the heavy lifting of event setup and staffing.

We have several different venues to meet your needs. With two main event areas and an outdoor patio, ALX Community can accommodate up to 250 people and is perfect for any kind of party. We’ve had the privilege of hosting:

We’re a community where members are able to work, meet, collaborate, learn, and give back to the metro area we all love and call home. Located next to the waterfront and just steps away from historic King Street in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, a beautiful dog-friendly co-working space, plenty of meeting rooms, a patio on the Waterfront Promenade, and Alexandria’s first dedicated Conference Center.

Town Hall (Event Space)
Our gorgeous Town Hall transforms from a bustling collaboration area to an amazing event space after 5:30 pm daily. Your guests will be in awe at the beautiful views of the Potomac and the marina just steps away. It's a great spot to entertain clients, hold a networking event, celebrate military promotions, hold silent auctions, conduct a meet-up or have a cocktail party.

Alx Community can save a lot of money by choosing your own caterer and bringing in beer/wine for your guests. We can make your next event truly special.

  • 150/$200 cleaning fee 
  • Reservation includes:1 hour set up, 1 hour clean up, & 3 hours for event. Additional time will be charged at a rate of $250/hour.
