The corporate banquet and meeting halls are available all year long. Like all schools of higher learning, Wagner’s first obligation is to the students, so housing is only available during non-academic months of the summer, from June through early August. People of all ages are welcome to stay at Harborview and Guild residence halls during that time. These two buildings provide communal bathroom facilities. The new residence facility, Foundation Hall, offers suites and apartment-style units, and is exclusively reserved for adults. In total, Wagner is prepared to provide lodgings for up to 450 overnight guests. Of course, off-campus lodging may be available, but is likely to be found at a much higher rate.
All told, Wagner College can greet 1600 guests at a time in their 39 meeting and event rooms. The largest theatre-style seating group is 375, while 155 can be accommodated in one large classroom. Theatre-style seating is appropriate for lectures and presentations, whereas classroom environments allow for integration and break-out groups.
Wagner’s AV department and equipment are leading-edge. Internet access is available in all event and meeting facilities. You’ll want to discuss your group’s requirements with the event coordinator.
Catering services include breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as beverages and snacks for breaks and special/custom catering. Comprehensive packages can be put together. They begin at $87 per day for food and lodgings. Wagner’s facilities are not available for private parties.
The location is idyllic, and closer than one could possibly have imagined! The services are top notch, and the rates are quite reasonable. What’s not to like?
