Whether it's a few people or their 5000 person maximum capacity, the event facilities are likewise impressive. (Residential halls are available for overnight lodgings from May through mid-August, and there are several hotels in the area.) Dining and meeting space is available all year long. And what glorious space it is! Up to 4,700 can be seated in the largest of theatre-style chambers, 1200 in a classroom-style meeting. All-told, there are some 100 meeting and event rooms which can be rented.
Both wired and wireless Internet is available throughout the entire campus. Guests who do not have a laptop with them will be able to access the computer labs. Of course, AV presentation equipment is state-of-the-art. Food and beverage services include on-site catering, six residential restaurants (during the summer months) and 25 retail venues.
