Trick or Treat: Mansion Edition

Historic & Cultural Venues

Some people think about Halloween and their minds go straight to candy and costumes. Over here at Unique Venues we think in terms of venues with spooky ghost stories or mansions that could double as a haunted house. Here are a few of our favorite mansions that are perfect for hosting special events.

There is nothing scary about the Glen Cove Mansion Hotel and Conference Center in New York. This private residence turned into a public event space in 1967. You can plan your holiday party on the 29,500 square feet of meeting space and then stay overnight in one of the rooms at the mansion. Talk about a treat of a meeting!

Boettcher Mansion was built in 1917 in Golden, Colorado. The property offers views overlooking Denver and the plains. The mansion is the perfect combination for a venue offering polished architecture with a rustic flair. Event planners have used this mansion for film shoots, fundraisers, dances, and even weddings. What event will you use this mansion for?
