Meeting space and overnight accommodations are available seasonally; facilities are available from June 1 through mid-August. A maximum of 310 overnight guests can enjoy any of 22 meeting and event rooms. Up to 220 attendees can be seated in theatre fashion. As many as 100 can be seated in a classroom style environment.
St. John's is often rented for academic conferences and workshops, however, other group types can also find meeting and conference space available. The staff will work hard to provide you and your guests with everything you need for a truly memorable experience!
While the curriculum at St. John's College is not dependent upon technology, the college is always able to meet the needs of groups requiring Internet and wireless services. There are Internet connections and/or wireless in both dorm and meeting rooms. There's a small computer lab for those guests in need. Full office services are available, including teleconferencing facilities, FAX, photocopying and voicemail. Neither you nor your guests will be found wanting for anything at St. John's College.
