Available to host from May to August, Ryerson provides two distinct sets of accommodations. The first is the International Living Centre, which offers up to 263 modern hotel-style rooms. Then there's Pittman Hall, a modern dorm-style facility for up to 555 people. Of course, guests are also welcome to stay at nearby hotels if they prefer or if more than 807 guests need lodgings. Up to 1250 can be seated in a theatre-style presentation room, up to 165 in a classroom environment. There are some 50 meeting and event rooms in all, meaning that Ryerson can easily accommodate most meeting space requirements. Most classrooms have Internet connections, and both teleconferencing and videoconferencing facilities are available for as many as 340 people! Very well qualified technicians are on-site to support the use of the facilities. There's also a business center for hard-copy needs.

Banquet and catering services are available throughout the campus, including coordinated catering services for the various meeting spaces. The menu is diverse, and service is provided by a staff of friendly professionals. Group rates can be arranged, and students may also be provided with a discount.
