A collection of historic stone buildings make up the main campus at Montreat College, presenting a broad range of meeting spaces. With multiple lecture halls, seminar rooms, classrooms, conference rooms, a computer lab, a 212 seat chapel, and a private room in the dining hall, there’s space for any group event or gathering. You’ll also find athletic fields, a gymnasium, and a weight room.
During the summer months, guests can reserve accommodations in the Montreat College residence halls on campus. Rooms feature two twin beds and include air conditioning, linens, daily maid service, and meals in Howerton Dining Hall. Cavalier Café, located on campus, also serves lunch and dinner.
Montreat College offers both teambuilding and training opportunities that are customizable for your group’s specific needs. The programs at the Montreat College Professional Development Institute, on the main campus, teach participants to increase productivity, develop relationships, refine communication and decision-making skills, and improve team performance. Nearby at the Black Mountain Campus, the Team and Leadership Center uses training exercises, short retreats, and leadership seminars to foster teambuilding.
