Things have been crazy busy in the best way possible at Unique Venues. We recently reached a milestone of 850,000 web site views on UniqueVenues.com. We have also welcomed a few new members into our venue portfolio so we thought it was time to introduce you to them:
West Chester University of Pennsylvania
Located 45 minutes west of Philadelphia, this venue offers year-round meeting space and 750 suite-style residence hall beds. One of the highlights on the campus is the modern academic classrooms which can hold between 45-120 people in a lecture style room. Also on the campus is the Sykes Student Union which features a 353 seat theatre and a food court which includes college student favorites such as Chick-Fil-A.
California University of Pennsylvania
Nestled in a scenic bend of the Monongahela River just 35 miles south of Pittsburgh, the California University of Pennsylvania 92-acre, tree-lined campus is the ideal setting for both large and small groups. With more than 100 different meeting venues, full service technology and meeting planner support, first-class menu options and hotel-style recreational amenities, Cal U's Conference Services are second to none.
The Catholic University of America
We are excited that Catholic University of America is now a member of Unique Venues in the Washington, D.C. area. We are so excited about this venue as a meeting location that we have decided to show all of our members this great venue by hosting the Annual Marketing Conference at this campus next fall, October 15-16, 2015. A few of the reasons why we chose this University as our meeting location included the accessibility from the Metrorail, the beautiful campus, and the exceptional team of professionals who make events a success. They even have a full-service year round conference operation called the Pryzbyla Center which was just completed in March of 2003 and includes seven conference rooms and a variety of lounge spaces.
