The meeting facilities are available year 'round, and overnight guests during the school year will find plenty of nearby hotels offering a variety of rates and amenities. Meeting rooms seat up to 200 at a time, while the largest available classroom seating holds 622 at once. The largest theatre-style seating is an astounding sixteen THOUSAND people making it one of the best facilities in Michigan for a large group event! During any of the four seasons, the MI State University's meeting facilities are ready and able to suit your needs!
The entire campus is wired for the Internet. WiFi hotspots also cover most places. AV equipment and Smartboards are often also available.
