Main campus event spaces are available from May-August, and offer guests bright, air-conditioned meeting facilities, amenities and lodging for groups from 10 to 750. Conference space and meeting rooms located in the newly constructed Caruthers Hall provide attendees with uniquely designed hollow-circle tables and ergonomic seating. Other facilities on campus include recently renovated smart classrooms, state of the art lecture halls, a gymnasium and an auditorium. In addition to the fabulous main campus facilities, nestled in the heart of the Ballston business district in Arlington, Marymount University’s Ballston Center is available year-round with meeting space that includes bright, air-conditioned facilities for up to 150 people. The eight-story Ballston Center also houses classrooms, computer labs, a cafeteria, student lounges, a small chapel, a library extension, and an easy-to-access auditorium with fabulous meeting space and built-in technology.in classrooms, conference spaces and a theater-style auditorium. The university has also recently renovated the main dining hall, a premiere catering facility that is frequently a showcased venue for Sodexo Food Services. From basic coffee services to large-scale outdoor events, Marymount’s professional staff is dedicated to providing the highest level of catering services with a full range of quality menus, backed by a service-orientated staff. Comprehensive catering service provided on-site by the Sodexo Corporation includes breakfast, lunch and dinner menus; coffee breaks, reception and party menus and special-event catering. The trained, professional staff is dedicated to providing guests with the most memorable of dining experiences. The main dining hall has a capacity for 200 guests and an additional 60 seats are available in a secluded private dining room.
