Colorado College hosts conferences from June through early August, and our Summer Conference office is on-hand year-round to start preparations. They’ll serve as your liaison with other departments to make the planning process easy and efficient, coordinating every detail to ensure a memorable event.
The state-of-the-art facilities at Colorado College range from small meeting rooms and classrooms to auditoriums and theatres with a capacity over 700. We also offer both Mac and PC Labs and several dance studios, along with an ice rink and swimming pool available on an hourly basis. Whichever space you select, our A/V Services can provide audio players and recorders, computer equipment, projectors and screens, microphones, amps and speakers, and more.
Colorado College is a 20 minute drive from Colorado Springs Airport and an hour from Denver International Airport. Our event services include transportation as well as a variety of on-campus accommodations. Guests can enjoy freshly prepared meals at Rastall Dining Hall, and we also have on-site catering services that can provide everything from croissants and coffee to a celebratory banquet.
