State-of the-art AV technologies include an LCD projector, an ELMO video presentation system, slide projector, wireless mics for podiums, CMP (image projection) system, overhead projectors, cassette audio, photo CD players, VCR & players, and a complimentary on-site technician to help operate them all. Being able to use your laptop with the property-wide WiFi network is another welcome plus.
Beaver Hollow can welcome up to 250 guests at a time, sleeping 160 of them overnight. Three hundred can be seated in the theatre, and another 250 will find places in the largest of the classroom-style chambers. In all, there are 13 meeting and event rooms available to you and your guests.
