During the summer months, up to 200 overnight guests can be accommodated right there on campus. Of course lodging is available for attendees at nearby hotels as well. The largest group that can be hosted is 350 people, making weekend or longer conferences manageable between the on-campus residence suites and nearby hotels. There are forty total meeting and event rooms. Three hundred and fifty can be seated in the theatre. Fifty people at a time will be welcome in the largest of the classroom-style meeting facilities.
Full catering services are available from Assumption College. Cafeteria food services are also made available to guests of the venue, as you prefer. If you'd like, coffee and snack services can be provided in meeting rooms, so you don't have to leave the meeting area for breaks.
