Just a few minutes from Talladega, Ala., lies 780 acres of land. It is a place of refuge from today’s society; a quiet, peaceful place for learning about God and training to serve Him, while surrounded by His creation.
Shocco Springs Baptist Conference Center has been a gathering place for Christians for more than 60 years. Our mission is to provide a distinctly Christian environment for spiritual transformation and renewal. Shocco serves faith-based and nonprofit groups and is the ideal meeting place for leadership training, teambuilding, evangelism and fellowship.
Shocco has a range of meeting rooms to suit any group. Bagley Center is our centrally-located meeting area that houses the main dining room, a snack shop, a Christian bookstore and a sitting room with a wood fireplace, television and grand piano.
When not attending conferences, guests enjoy our many recreation options, which include paintball, high and low ropes courses, an inflatable aqua park, pedal boats, a swimming pool and much more.
After a long day, guests find comfort in our accommodations. Shocco has a hotel or cabin to meet the needs of every group, whether they prefer single or multiple occupancy, a contemporary hotel room or a rustic cabin in the woods.
Food Service provides delicious Southern cooking, complete with salad and sandwich bars, fresh fruit and desserts. Our staff works hard to provide excellent customer service and ensure every detail of your visit is cared for.
