We are Illinois first Meadery and Chicago's only meadery tap room. We raise our own bees and make our mead (honey wine) from our honey as well form select honey from around the world. We have tours and tastings explain mead and how we produce it. We also teach hands on brewing ,wine making and wine blending classes that make great team building experiences.

Wild Blossom is the first Meadery of Illinois and the only meadery & tap room in Chicago. Mead (honey wine) is the oldest fermented beverage on Earth filled with history and legends. Mead is also the most sustainable wine on Earth. Created by honeybee’s pollination, which creates seeds that grows the Earth greener. Wild Blossom just a short ride on the rock Island train from downtown Chicago has been called a hidden jewel by many. Nestled at the foot of the Dan Ryan Forest offers the tranquility of nature and a breath of fresh air from the city. Our patio and backyard is a wash with flowers not only beautiful but also keeps our onsite honeybees happy. Wild Blossom was the winner of the Chicago Gardening award in 2019. We offer fun and interactive experiences with hands on beer brewing, winemaking and wine blending. Guest create their own wine and beers with custom logoed labels to enjoy and remember their experiences for years to come.
