Classrooms
Classrooms: We have a variety of classrooms with seating capacities from 15 to 500 all equipped with Audio Visual capabilities. Our lecture theatres have state-of-the-art equipment for teaching, webcasting and video-conferencing. Techincal support is always available for these classrooms.
Rotunda Renderings
Our newest event space for Fall 2014The Rotunda: Our newest building - the Innovation Complex - has the Rotunda that is designed for large events, tradeshows, banquets and receptions. This space can accommodate - 220 ppl at Exhibitions (with booths and displays) - 350 ppl seated - 650 ppl with non-fixed seats.

With large spaces available for banquets, receptions and tradeshows, we would be happy to assist with the planning of your event.
Exhibitors' Space
The Atrium: The Atrium space in both the Instructional Building as well as the CCT Building is beautiful with glass walls that bring the sunlight directly into the space. It is designed for large functions and displays.
Boardroom Setup
Meeting Rooms: Our meeting rooms have seating capacities that range from 15 to 40 in board-room style setups. Each room comes with AV equipment, tele-conferencing & video-conferencing capabilities and a white board.

Faculty Club
Our Faculty Club is ideal for those small intimate social events and receptions. We will help with appropriate food selections and creative ideas for your function

Menus:
Our experienced Food Services staff has created a variety of menus to please all of your guests. They are willing to work with you to develop the perfect food selections for your event.

From a simple coffee service to a lavish banquet, our Catering Services provide a complete range of menus for your events. We cater to all palates and will be pleased to suggest alternative menus for your event and will be happy to address any specific requests.

Services
Parking
Parking is available at a cost of $15 for the duration of the conference. Our parking lots have the pay and display machines. Cost per day for day conference groups is $13.00 and on weekends $6.50. Our machines accept coins and credit cards only.
Caretaking
We work closely with Facilities to arrange setups of tables and chairs for registration, exhibits, vendor booths etc.. Within reason, we are willing to convert some spaces, without fixed furniture, into theatre seating or into group activity layouts.
Signage on Campus
There are directional signs posted across the campus to find your way to the various buildings. These wayfinding signs can be found in our parking lots, alongside walkways and main intersections of the campus.
Emergency Services
Personal Safety is key at UTM. There are a number of safety measures and programs that Campus Police Services employs throughout the campus including frequent patrols of the campus grounds and our Walksafer Program.
