The United States National Arboretum

The U.S. National Arboretum, located in Northeast D.C. off  Bladensburg Road and New York Avenue, is a 446-acre U.S. Department of Agriculture research facility. The U.S. National Arboretum offers the largest outdoor space for private events in D.C. A living museum steps from the DC sidewalks.

The Arboretum is on federal property and all events require a permit that comes with your contract. Photography permit is included in all packages.

Catering, chairs and table are not included in the rental.  All rentals, food & beverage (including alcohol) must be ordered from Get Plated, Occasions, RSVP Catering, Purple Onion, or Spilled Milk & their vendors. 

CORPORATE: Start at a $5,000 rental for 4 hours and ideal for a unique Board dinner in the Herb Garden, company picnic in the Washington Youth Garden, or Cocktail party in the Columns.

WEDDINGS: Have your ceremony in the shadows of the historic columns, enjoy cocktails in the sprawling Herb Garden and of course, dance the night away in your own private meadow under the stars! Weddings are a $10,000 rental for Saturdays and holiday weekends. Friday & Sundays are $8,000. Additional venue fees include cost of security and cleaning fees.  All weddings start after 5:00 pm and conclude by 11pm.  This includes 4 hour set-up and 2 hour breakdown.Tenting, power and lighting is not included in the rental cost and Select Events Group is the exclusive tent company.

A 4 hour "micro-wedding" wedding package is available for $5,000. These are ideal for ceremony and cocktail/dinner parties.
